Matt first came to Coffs Harbour in 1997 with the ACCOR group to pursue a senior management position with the high profile resort chain and hasn’t looked back since.  Matt’s education, qualifications and training have ensured a successful and dynamic career in hotel and resort management, sales and marketing and more recently, real estate.

Matt’s career in real estate commenced in 2005 and testament to his dedication and passion, Matt was awarded his real estate and auctioneers licences shortly after.  Matt enjoys a loyal and ever-growing client base and has an eye for detail that will ensure the very best service, diligence and efficiency, whether it be your commercial or residential property.

The transition to Nolans needed to be the right move and Matt has found his vision and values mirrored with Scott and Melissa’s ensuring a seamless transition and an exciting future.

Matt plays an integral part in the management and development of an already successful property management department as well as the exciting role of commercial business sales and management.

Matt is an accomplished and international ski and kayak paddler, with a young family who are also very active in the sporting community.  This helps maintain a solid yet crucial balance of work, play and family.
